Something Glam, Something Borrowed, Something Blue

Bright colors have run rampant on the runways this season. And as with any runway makeup look, brides will be anxious to try the latest trends. Bright colors can be tricky, especially on the eyes. The easiest way to emulate the bright colors look without reliving the 80’s is to use colored cream eyeliners. These are fun, playful, and take the dull out of bridal makeup.

This fall to play up the makeup on all my brides I will use colored cream eyeliners and will incorporate the colors like plums, midnight blues, and indigos to give the runway effect that is ready to wear. New Wedding Planner

Had a great meeting today with a new wedding planner Daquari DeLeon. Jessica Deben my BFF Makeup Artist thought it would be good for us to get together...Brandy & Daquari, what a team:)))

Daquari came by the downtown office to see me and she was on time cuz you now that is such a pet peeve of mine...TARDINESS. She's was very pleasant and very passionate about her company.

Bride&GroomPlanner.com is a website for both brides and vendors. What I love about the site is that brides can rate and review you and VENDORS can respond back to either a positive or negative review. Daquari will monitor everything so that's a plus. None of that fake postings. She is also working on this cute section where brides can try out different hairstyles on the site. Her rates are really good vendors so when you guys get a chance go check her out.

Wedding Makeup Article

I got a call this morning at 7:52 am, and I jumped up thinking my bride was calling me because I wasn't at the hotel. You know that maybe I over slept or something. But it was a new bride calling to book me after seeing an article on me in this month Gambit Weekly L'Image Wedding Insert. I was so exhausted that all I can hear was an exciting young girl on the other end who was just going on and on. I was just relived that it wasn't my bride calling me saying I was a no show. That is something that scare me all the time that one day I am going to be so tired that I will over sleep and not show up to one of my brides wedding.

So of course, I roll over and pull up the Gambit page (laptop next to my side of the bed)and sure enough there's a picture of me and an interview I did with them some time ago on page 22 and 23. Because, it's been a minute I completely forgot all about it and my publicist has not called me to tell me anything. I guess she was not informed either.

What a great way to start my SATURDAY...Thanks Gambit for featuring me in L'Image...I love you guys. Off to my bride Scarlet Pollard at the Lowes Hotel.
